I am satisfied with everything except one thing. I paid the fee when I made reservation. But I was told that I haven't. The clerk told me to call Expedia. I was reslly upset.
Other staff members were great.

Disliked: Room comfort
The breakfast each morning was great and the cleanliness of the room was pretty good, but the bed was very hard and uncomforable.
The location was great and the room was enough big with nice bathroom/toilet inside. Easy to walk to public transportation. BUt not very close though. However it is in the middle of the most historical part of the city.
Stayed three hot days/nights in June. Smooth check-in by friendly staff with good English. The hotel is a little dated but was clean and very comfortable: room was spacious, excellent aircon (which was needed), sizeable bathroom with very good shower, comfortable bed, excellent fridge for iced water. Washing machine available. Well located at the quieter end of the main street in the old town. Very handy to key sites and transport. Typical breakfast was fine. Good value for money.

The main room and the bed were comfortable and clean. Location good. However the bathroom was terrible. The toilet was up against the sink so you can't sit on it properly, you have to sit to the side. It also leaks water all over the floor from the back. Additionally the shower does not work. You have to sit on the floor and position yourself under the tap. Too bad if your tall! The ceiling is uncovered so you also here the water being flushed from the room above.
I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. If you're ok with a poorly functioning bathroom then staying here is ok.
All good but materass of bed horrible, even the bed was completly broken from down, so materass could not stay even
They offered me to change room, but it was the same shish
We were travelling in a group and were looking to book multiple rooms, and this hotel came up rated as "good". The rooms did look dated in the photos, but we could live with dated as long as it was clean.
Check-in was a bit strange, not a word of English was spoken and we were also required to provide our parents' names, which is presumably a local requirement for security reasons. In such situations, I recommend going with "Charles and Camilla".
Here are my observations:
- The floor carpets, bed and mattress appeared to not have been updated since the 1970s/1980s.
- The bathroom floor was wet, which is never a good first impression.
- The toilet seat was broken and there were remnants from the previous guest on the underside of the toilet seat that definitely shouldn't have been there.
- The shower cubicle had a lot of black mould. Toiletries were useless but the water pressure was really good.
- The TV was plugged in but had no antenna connection, so that was useful...
- There was a kettle in the room but no coffee, tea or even cups. There were sachets of sugar though, which on their own were not particularly useful.
- The AC unit dripped water whenever it was turned on.
- There is a mosque right across the road from the hotel, so expect to be abruptly woken up for early-morning prayer.
- Breakfast is provided but is extremely sad and basic.
Overall, lack of hygiene was the main issue. Do not stay here, you'll regret it.
This hotel is fine if you want something cheap, but the beds are not comfortable, the room is outdated and there was a leak in the bathroom. When we arrived in our room, the lights were not working. They also turned off electricity at night, so we had to go to the bathroom in the dark. It was fairly clean. The walls are thin, so there was a lot of noise at night and in the early morning.

oda yeteri kadar temizdi ancak tv çalışmıyordu anten kabloları kopuk, gece lambasının fişi kopuk, yatağın yanında ışığı kapatıp açan düğmeler çalışmıyor.Işığı kapatmak için kalkıp odanın giriş kapısına gidip oradan kapatman gerekiyor.yatağın bir tanesi ömrünü tamamlamış oturunca baza hissediliyor.odada çöp kovası yok.otelin ara koridorlarına verdiğiniz hassasiyeti odalarınızada göstermelisiniz
