Resolves anything immediately and the most friendly person. All the kitchen staff and people in the dining room! All of them! Chef is great and a lot of food options. From the bar: William! Front desk is the only place where you are not greeted or treated very kindly, most of these girls have attitude. The only 2 people in front desk who are nice are Stefany and victor. Other than that, I stay in this place 3-4 times a year but next time will think about because of the issues with the people in front desk "
