The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and baths were clean and comfortable. We were close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. This is a quiet neighborhood in a small town, but we spent a day in St. Louis, only an hour or so away. And the eclipse, what a bonus! "Lovely home but has a lady bug and stink bug infestation. Good finished basement for kids fun. Theres only 1 t.v but was unable to even watch because of there being no remote."

"Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting. The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well. It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room."
