Could not get wifi to work. There was only coffee in the room, not tea options. The floor was very loud with slammed doors and people talking at all hours of the evening and morning.

The classiest hotel in midtown — classier than The Plaza. If you are looking for old world New York, this is the place to stay. My wife and I stayed for one evening for our wedding anniversary and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast is exceptional, too. Spending money at The Pierre is well worth it. Enjoy New York the right way and stay at this property!

"The room had a very weird smell to it. The bed had only a very cheap and thin blanket. The pillows were uncomfortable because they were lumpy. We had to leave our reservation early because my husband got bit by a spider 2 nights in a row, causing his hands and face to swell."
