The breakfast was excellent and the staff constantly coming round attending to our needs.
The location of hotel was excellent with 3 tram lines couple of minutes walk away. Close to the lake. FIFA Museum was a 10 minute walk
The Bar Lounge was a good area to sit though the bar itself was never open/attended. We never
asked about the hours of operation.
The room overall was good except that the ducted air conditioner (a/c) was not working and was replaced with a room a/c with the outlet exiting via the window. It did the job though it was noisy even on lowest setting.
Not a good look for a 4 star rated hotel, especially in Zurich
The beds were 2 singles combined to make a queen size but were very hard. We felt they were uncomfortable.
Felt the decor in room was dated.
Wardrobe was bit clunky to open.
Air Conditioner mentioed earlier.
Coffee machine was fiddly.

Nice property with some extras… like free bottled water, fruit and ice cream in the lobby, and some free drinks in the mini bar. Good breakfasts included. Super friendly and helpful staff. 24 front desk service, someone always around and available. Great location in old town and close to trains and trams.

The staff was very friendly and the and the room was clean and quiet. It was 5 mins away from the nearest bus station the property offers breakfast every morning.
