"Horrible place. Old, decrepit, and looks like a haunted building. It is dark, gory, and quite literally like a ghost asylum. The air conditioning does not work. They have no WiFi so you can’t access the internet. I booked on Expedia and paid for my stay upfront. After checking in, the front clerk called about 30 minutes later to tell me they couldn’t find any record indicating that I had paid for my accommodation. "The hotel service was excellent- except that they didn’t know who Orbitz was and I couldn’t check in without paying again. SO I have paid double. I would like Orbitz to refund the room charges for this reservation since I had to pay again in person. The hotel did not receive any notification of my arrival and does not know how to get paid from Orbitz. So I need my money back. The actual stay at the hotel was very accommodating. Excellent service. Will return but will not use Orbitz"
