**THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ON THE LAKE SIDE SO THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE DELTA AND BOAT LAUNCHING IS NOT ALLOWED. HOWEVER, THE DISCOVERY BAY YACHT HARBOR IS LESS THAN 2 MINUTES AWAY AND BOAT LAUNCHING IS ALLOWED THERE AND THERE IS ACCESS TO THE DELTA.

You have access to everything EXCEPT our garage (used for private storage). There is parking for 2 cars in front of the garage and street parking available in front and/or near the house. Feel free to use the fishing poles, the paddle boards, the ping pong table, the range, the fridge, cookware, utensils, washer/dryer… and of course the LAKE!
