I booked this hotel for 3 nights. It was very late night when I booked. The hotel was in the neighbouring city to where I was staying in Hengdian. A mistake on my part for sure. The Hotel checked me in without my permission. I contacted them on check in day via message on the app, a local friend called them also and then hotels.com assisted. They then refused to even refund the nights after the first night due to their policy. Disgraceful. I have never had bad service in China in 15 years of visiting until now. In fact their hospitality is 2nd to none only equalled by a few in my experience with global travel. So my advice is simple. Never stay with this hotel. Simple. Point blank. Do not waste your time.
