"The house is comfortably furnished and is situated in a separate resort in Hoedspruit, which is equipped with its own security. Right on the doorstep of this community finest you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. Supermarket, car rental, restaurants and safari providers. Within the Wildlife Estates you have your own little safari environment almost every day. Antelopes, warthogs, giraffes and zebras are regularly encountered."

"Heerlijke en vooral rustige ligging in een chaletpark aan de Olifanstrivier. Vanuit de tuin kun je nijlpaarden, vervetmonkeys, nyala´s en nog veel meer andere dieren zien lopen. Ook veel vogels aan de rivierkant. Vriendelijke hulp. Het enige jammere is dat wij 300 ZAR per wasbeurt een beetje aan de dure kant vonden. Gelukkig zijn daar andere alternatieven voor. We komen zeker terug! Genoten!!!! Ge"

"Fabulous place to stay. "

"I didn’t stay at ntoma lodge but stayed at khiza retreat lodge, all I can say is the lodge still needs a lot of revamping and the roof grass was falling off, there are a lot of ants in the house, aircon is needed in the sitting room, as well as kitchen cupboard. The swimming pool was dirty as well, the outside shower cap is rusty."

"The lodge is perfect for a stay in Hoedspruit; with an easy drive to Kruger Park. The wildlife come to within meters of the garden which makes for exciting and interesting viewing from your patio. The hosts Sue and Deon will do everything they can to make your stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend. "

"I stayed in the hotel only so I am not sure about area around the property. All the staff are friendly and hotel facilities are great. Only one thing is my room was too far from the main lobby. "The room here was beautifully appointed, and the bed was very comfy. The property was really quiet and it had a lovely pool. It was unfortunately too cold to take a dip in winter. There was wifi available everywhere, but its speed could vary depending on where you were. It would have been nice to have some bathrobes available in the room. The views from the property were lovely, especially when you are on the observation deck and can see the Drakensbergs in the distance. The breakfast and dinner was enjoyable and generally varied each day. The service was also lovely and friendly. I stayed in the Mbali villa so it was about a 5 minute walk down the road back to the main building for meals. In the evenings, they can organise a shuttle to collect you and bring you back as it gets very dark outside. "

"Everything at Nyati Safari Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spotless and incredibly comfortable – ours was located right in front of the river, and on the very first day we had elephants, crocodiles, and other wildlife right in front of us. It was like living in a nature documentary! The meals and drinks were delicious! The entire staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcome and taken care of every step of the way. The highlight of our stay was definitely the game drives. Kenneth, Peter, Pride, and Freja went above and beyond, always asking which animals we wanted to see and doing everything they could to make it happen. Each game drive ended with either a morning coffee or a sunset drink, always paired with a breathtaking view of the reserve. I truly can’t wait to go back!"
