This was a great house to celebrate a big birthday, we enjoyed cooking and hanging out in the backyard. The house was cute, well appointed, has an amazing location near the beach, on a quiet street, and we loved the fire pit outside and gas fireplace!

Great little get away

This house is what you think of when you think beach house. It's clean and airy and so close to the beach. The owners were very kind and responsive to a couple of questions we had. We will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for my bday weekend with best girlfriends. The house is a short walk to the beach and is lovely and comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked and made it easy to cook at home. I can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach house. It was well appointed and adequately stocked. The location cannot be beat. We did have an unexpected occurrence but the owners were prompt and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property and plan to stay here again.

We live about 40 minutes from Dillon Beach, yet staying at this home feels like you’re far, far away. We love it here. The home checks all of the boxes: steps from the beach, clean, cozy, kitchen is well equipped, and the backyard has all of the amenities. We would definitely stay again. 🏖️

Beautiful home with perfect layout and great use of space! The home is ideal for families with games and lots of lounging areas. Outdoor space is great with furniture, hot tub and bbq! A magical place!

We chose this place for its proximity to a larger house up the street where a family reunion was taking place. This was the perfect spot to retreat from the chaos and really relax. Every single detail was at least as nice as pictured and described, if not better, and we found al instructions left for us very easy to follow. If my travels ever take me back this way, I'd return here in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house on the coast

The house was immaculate. Clearly renovated with attention and love by a family who spends time there themselves. Nothing seemed too worn out and used like some property rentals do and it was very homey. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the jacuzzi, fire pit, fireplace, washer/dryer. All in good working order. Location was very nice. Quick walk to the beach and general store. Wish there was a list of owners favorite restaurants etc as we hit some misses in that category. Overall I would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Dillon Beach Comfy Cottage

This charming beach cottage was the perfect location to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Short walk to the beach -- if you drive you pay to park. The weather was mostly cool with morning and evening fog. Just a few things we found not in working order - ice maker, TV remote and Dish in the master bedroom - outdoor furniture was weathered and showing age -firepit screen needed replacing. We highly recommend bringing supplies with you since the one store close by was expensive with limited items. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back to this property in the future.
