"This was our second attempt. We rented 2 suites back in April which were a nightmare. We tried again because this is the “best” in the area. Front desk employees are the sweetest by the way. We were assigned to 3rd floor. Elevator was not working! Two women and a child having to carry luggage upstairs. We get to the room, toilet was not flushing! Front desk did attend to it quick! We left for graduation and came back around 1:30am, guess what, only 1 lamp worked! The other lamps had no bulbs. The entry light kept flickering. 1 bulb and the bathroom light. We had to leave the curtains open to get some light in the room!"
