"We choose this hotel, because it was a perfect location on country site, for visit both Amsterdam and the Tulip garden Kuekenhof and colorfull fields and also for visiting some og the attractions in the north. Really a nice hotel, two restaurants next to the water."

We booked at this hotel specifically because we thought there would be one whole, solid double bed. Instead, the bed was made of two single beds pushed together, with no mattress pad on top. "Excellent weekender. I stopped in on my drive up to Denmark. I had the attic room, wonderful appointed bathroom, comfortable bed and great view of the garden. Very clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were very friendly as were the locals. It’s a convenient location too, lots of great sites just a short drive away. I would stay again. "

"Not fully open. Not advised on the app. Therefore breakfast is served at a later hour and to the room with not many options. 2 days I had no water to shower or brush my teeth in the morning, no warning offered by the hotel. They keep a diposit. Also not advised in the app, don’t appreciate that. It’s a great concep hotel and food at the restaurant was good. Nothing is in any other language other than local. Wish it was managed differently."

"It was confusing finding the hotel. You do have to park and walk a bit to the hotel. Once i figured it out and got settled it was absolutely lovely. Quiet. Slept well. Restaurants neighborhood all walking distance. "

So unfortunately, both of our backs were in a great deal of pain for the duration of our stay. "

"We loved our stay at this Vrbo in Giethoorn. It was great to live a little like those who are always living there. The use of the boat was a must as it gave us a feeling of what it is like to live in this area surrounded by water. I loved the tranquil feeling of going for a boat ride, and walking the paths along the houses. Thank you Bert and Marie!"

"Returning customer as i like this hotel and convenient for my purposes. However on this occasion there were noisy next room residents late at nught and this was followed by staff stacking bottles and crates almost underneath my room or so it seemed - then 2 other loud crash noises some time after midnight - a disturbed nights sleep - hope for better next visit."
