The country house, located in the cosy and idyllic village of Sudeck, is nestled in the natural surroundings of Lake Diemel and offers a fantastic view of the countryside. You’ll find mountain biking and hiking trails right on the outskirts of town.<br>Near Lake Diemel—a recreational paradise where you can swim, go for walks, and fish.<br>A 15-minute drive takes you to the county seat of Korbach. The Willingen Leisure & Adventure Centre is also a 15-minute drive away.<br>The detached country house with a fenced-in property offers privacy, tranquility, and space, and is ideal for family and friends.<br>The country house includes a large car park with space for two cars. The entrance to the house is located right next to the car park.<br>You’ll be welcomed by a spacious house with many rooms. The living room features a seating area with a two-seater sofa, a three-seater sofa, and a separate armchair, as well as a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. <br>Directly adjacent is the spacious garden terrace.<br>The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and a Senseo. <br>In the adjoining dining room, a large dining table offers plenty of space so that an entire family or large group can enjoy meals together. <br>The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed and a closet. <br>The second bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds. <br>The third bedroom has a single bed and a bed frame. <br>The fourth bedroom has two single beds and a closet. <br>The fifth bedroom has a single bed, a bunk bed, and a message box. <br>The lovingly decorated playroom offers everything to make children’s hearts beat faster. <br>The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. <br>The second bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. <br>A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the basement.
