Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

Rough start , I was given a twin room when I arrive instead of double room . I was put to an extension building outside the hotel . Next day I spoke to the Asian lady ( general manager) the most unhelpful manager I’ve meet . Never listen to me and she needed a customer service training - smile atleast and listen . Nice hotel but manager is a let down .

"A really nice, updated holiday in express with good breakfast, the only issue with it, is the claim that they have an airport shuttle. Its not a dedicated shuttle, its a shared bus that only runs every 4 to 5 hours. So we had to pay 25 euros for a taxi at 2 am for a 6 minute ride, then the next morning, ..."
