- Willkommen bei Ammersee DaHoam – unserer liebevoll und individuell eingerichteten 55-m²-Gartenwohnung im Herzen von Dießen am Ammersee. Ruhig und grün gelegen und dennoch zentral, ist sie ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für entspannte Tage am See und in der Umgebung.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich, ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160 × 200 cm) und kleiner Ankleide, eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein modernes Duschbad. Im Wohnzimmer bietet die ausziehbare Schlafcouch (120 × 190 cm) eine zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit. Für Musik steht euch ein WLAN-Lautsprecher von Sony zur Verfügung, den ihr bequem mit eurem eigenen Gerät verbinden könnt.
Ein besonderes Highlight sind die zwei eigenen möblierten Holzterrassen: eine Terrasse direkt an der Wohnung für die Morgensonne und eine weitere sonnige Terrasse im Rosengarten. Garten und große Rasenfläche bieten zusätzlichen Raum im Grünen. Für gemütliche Grillabende steht ein Grill zur Verfügung, der wahlweise mit Gas oder Holzkohle genutzt werden kann. Gas und Holzkohle für die erste Nutzung sind vorhanden – so kann der erste Grillabend direkt beginnen.
Der Ammersee ist nur etwa 660 Meter entfernt und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Marienmünster und das Zentrum von Dießen liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Ein eigener Stellplatz steht zur Verfügung. Fahrräder und E-Bikes könnt ihr geschützt und gesichert am Haus abstellen; eine Steckdose zum Laden ist vorhanden. Eine separate Waschmaschine und ein separater Trockner stehen euch in der Waschküche im Untergeschoss zur Verfügung. Die Waschküche ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar.
Auch kleine Gäste sind willkommen: Kinderreisebett, Kinderhochstuhl und eine kleine Auswahl an Spielzeug für Kleinkinder stehen zur Verfügung.
Wir möchten, dass ihr euch bei uns vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt – mit persönlichen Details und allem, was es für ein paar entspannte Tage am Ammersee braucht.
