Run away!

Save your money and don't go to this hotel, They don't have any respect for their guests. No one is available at the front desk. There is a power outage every 2 hrs and ac is to old to cool the rooms. It was hot whole night. Also when you open the balcony's door the ac stops working and resets! What a shame and disrespectful. The bathroom is too small and rusted. Seems they don't do maintenance on their amenities. There is no towel in their rooms, no shampuan, no soaps. Service is zero, amenities zero, and price is not too cheap neither. What a stupid place! Look elsewhere...

Eylülde güzel bir tatil

Eylül ayının 2.haftasında eşimle konakladık. Okulların açılmasını bekledik daha sakin bir tatil geçirmek adına. Çok da iyi bir karar oldu. Apartta gürültü yoktu. Biz havuzu hiç kullanmadık pek temiz gelmedi. Bizden başka insan da olmayınca iletmedik. Durumu iletsek eminim ilgilenirlerdi çünkü geçen senelerde tam sezonda gitmiştik aktif kullanıldığı için gayet temizdi. Denize yürüme mesafesi olması, A101,Şok gibi marketlere çok yakın olması harika bir şey. Mutfağın oda içinde değil balkonda olması kesinlikle artı. Mutfak gereçleri ve çarşaflar temizdi ama biz yine de pimpirik ailesi olarak yanımızda götürdük. Sıcak suda da hiç bir problem yaşamadık. Tam fiyat/performans yeri. Gidecek kişiler otele değil aparta gittiklerini düşünüp ona göre beklentiye girsinler neticede 5 yıldızlı otel değil haliyle fiyatı da değil. Yapıcı eleştiri yapmam gerekirse çamaşır ipleri bir iki sıra daha arttırılabilir malum ıslak çok oluyor. En kötü deneyim.

Öncelikle üzgünüm ama acele ile plansız rezervasyon yptırdığım bir oteldi. Oda da ne bir saç kurutma makinası , ne havlu , ne tuvalet kağıdı ne de şampuan vardı. Malesef kaldığım en kötü apart diyebilirim. Konumu güzel , sakin , sessiz ama dediğim gibi bir an evvel eve gitmek istedim hiç rahat edemedim otelde. Balkon dedikleri mutfaktan bir cam açmışlar öyle yani. Duşa kabin yok , duş perdesi var fakat duş doğru düzgün akmıyor. Otelin gerçekten olumlu bir yanı yok. Tamam ucuzdur diye tercih ettim , ne kadar kötü otel olabilir ki dedim ama malesef çok kötüymüş.

Yatak aşırı sertti, dayak yemiş gibi uyandık. Klima idare ederdi. Mutfak balkonda yer alıyordu ve mini buzdolabı başarılıydı, ocakta idare ederdi. Mutfak gereçleri kullanılabilir değildi, tavalar kötü, bardak çardak idare ederdi. Banyo/wc küçük ama idare ederdi. Yani buraya gidiyorsanız tüm araç gereçleri kendiniz götürmeli ya da orada almalısınız, tuvalet, kağıdı dahil. Havlu zaten yok, Aslında fiyat/performans oranını karşılar mıydı eh işte denilebilir. Sonuçta kafanızı sokup banyonuzu yapıp, klimalı bir oda ve buzdolabı ocağın olduğu bir balkonunuz var. Altınkum plaja yaklaşık 25 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde. Fakat personeller çok sıcak kanlı ve güler yüzlüydüler. Bir daha gider miyim, son dakikaya kalırsam giderim, önceden plan yapar yer bulursam tercih etmem.

Bizim tatil anlayışımızda sakinlik,özellikle temizlik,bu pandemi döneminde hijyen çok önemlidir.TAŞAN Hotel bu beklentimize oldukça hizmet etti.Gerek sahiplerinin yaklaşımı gerekse konum olarak çok güzel bir tatil oldu.Mevsimin gereği olsa gerek konaklıyan sayısı az olması özellikle çok ama çok temiz olan havuz sefasını yapmamıza,denize bile gitme ihtiyacı duymamıza sebeb oldu.Bu bağlamda TAŞAN Hotel sahiplerine Teşekkürlerimizi bir daha buradan iletip,gelecek Tatil programlarımızda ilk sırada olacağını belirtmek istiyorum.
