"Excellent team of staff in this hotel. I like to mention few names, with whom I had contact with and the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness they showed towards us. Manager Ahmed Yehia, check in staff Shiyan and Samayeta and housekeeper Shivam. These people are great asset to this hotel. Location is excellent as it is connected to mall and heaps of free undercover parking. Breakfast has great varieties and large dinning room with lots of morning light. One of the best hotels we have stayed in so far on our trip to UAE."

"Not bad hotel for a short stay. Room cleaned well everyday and had a small basc kitchen. Shower wasnt very powerful and bath was very very smalll. All staff very friendly Be warned though hotel is very noisy due to the pub/clubs in the building, i was on 19th floor and could still hear the bass. Breakfast ok and some choice but area is on level 1 next door to the pub and even at 7am its was still loud and very smokey as smoking is permitted indoors here. Pool is very small and covered. Indian restaurant on ground floor is amazing. Would i recommend? Probably would i stay again? Probably not."
