The staff were awesome. The dining room was nice. The room was a good size. The tv plug was broken so we tried to fix it . The room was very hot and no way to turn down the heat. We slept with all the windows open . It was still a nice stop over while driving.

Strong AC, big bed, well located and clean swimming pool, but you have to pay per person and per day if you want to use it. The men at reception were kind, but one of the ladies (I guess Valentina) very rude, the housekeeping was good, but they didn't add any shampoo or change the bedding. At the restaurant they were lovely! But most of the time time staff seemed to neglect me. Maybe because I booked through the APP? I haven't paid cheap and it was one of the smallest rooms, had to pay the swimming pool and average breakfast. I appreciate I had good neighbors so I slept well, AC and location helped too! But I didn't feel welcome.

When we arrived asked about parking. Told there was a location nearby but had to wait over an hour for somebody to arrive to show us where the location was. The space was an underground car space that was very difficult to park in as the space was very tight and had to reverse all way out up a ramp to get out of. On check out tried to charge us €20 for parking having mentioned nothing at check in. Advice park car nearby yourself

Det var enkelt å finne frem til hotellet. Parkering Da vi ankom måtte vi betale 20 euro for hotellets parkering, og der hadde de plass til 6 biler. Det var ikke plass til våre biller derfor måtte vi parkere i en trang og liten kjellerparkering under en blokk vekk fra hotellet. Denne parkeringen var utilgjengelig for oss under oppholdet. Pass Vi ga passene våre til resepsjonen for å kunne sjekke oss inn. Den ansatte ba oss vente, for å kunne ekspedere andre kunder og la passene våre til siden. Den ansatte løp ut og inn av hotellet for å styre med parkering. Før den ansatte endelig håndterte våre pass. Basseng Det koster 3 euro per person for bassengtilgang. Vi spurte om bassenget stengte på en tidspunkt. Den ansatte responderte ved å si at det ikke var noe stengetid. Derfor dro vi ut og utforsket byen og spiste. Vi dro tilbake til hotellet og skiftet. Vi badet i 3 minutter før vi ble jaget ut av de ansatte. Bassenget stengte hvis da klokken 18:00. Vi spurte om refusjon for basseng prisen, men ble fortalt at vi kunne velge noe fra baren. Vi dro opp og dusjet og skiftet, og kom ned til at baren var stengt. Ansatte Ansatte som ikke kunne engelsk responderte oss ved å si "zero", og henvendte oss aldri til ansatte som kunne snakke engelsk. Det var 1 av de ansatte som kunne engelsk på dette tidspunktet.

Premettendo che il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile, la struttura è stata deludente. Le camere sono datate, i bagni indescrivibili. Non c'è stata acqua in tutta la struttura anche se loro imputavano il problema a Diano Marina, cosa evidentemente falsa perché in giro le strutture varie avevano l'acqua. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è scarso, a questi costi mi aspettavo una struttura quantomeno che non avesse il tubo dello scarico del climatizzatore dritto nella vasca da bagno. La posizione tuttavia è ottima, a due passi dal mare e dal centro di Diano Marina.

Uno dei nostri ha avuto un grave imprevisto e ha dovuto disdire la prenotazione solo dopo cinque minuti dall'effettuazione. Expedia è stata gentile ma l'hotel ha dichiarato di non volerla rimborsare (periodo di bassissima stagione). poco corretto. Non ci metterò mai più piede.

Bon hôtel

Nous avons passé 6 nuits en demi pension dans l’hôtel nous sommes satisfaits par l’ accueil du personnel très accueillant,l’hôtel est bien situé proche du centre ,cela mérite un petit rafraîchissement car un peu vieillissant… Le petit déjeuner un choix complet ,le dîner plusieurs choix variés et de qualités…

Sisådär men ok för bara en natt!

Slitet hotell som inte motsvarade förväntningarna. Sängarna var ok duschen svartmögel i. Gångavstånd till strand och restauranger så det var bra. Parkering på innergården var dyr 19€ för en natt så bättre hitta plats på gatan. Inte så mycket positivt att säga men frukosten var helt ok med bra utbud.

Ad esclusione del personale cordiale e disponibile e la piscina in uso degli ospiti, l'hotel non è certo l'deale per trascorrere una vacanza al mare perchè mancante di elementari comfort. La stanza era priva di scrivania o tavolino, non aveva la presa di corrente da un lato del letto (c'era l'abat-jour che non poteva essere attaccata alla corrente) e l'acqua della doccia non era regolabile (o fredda o bollente). Inoltre c'era un frigorifero non attaccato (e sempre con mancanza di prese nelle vicinanze) con avvisi cubitali che era vietato mettere dentro qualsiasi cibo o bevanda che addirittura sarebbe stata buttata via.

L'albergo, pur non affacciandosi al mare, non ne è distante, così come dalle vie principali di Diano Marina. Parcheggio agevole (almeno in bassa stagione), le camere risultano un po' datate, ma ampie e silenziose. Letto comodo e capiente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.
