You will have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, fan, Wi-Fi, video on demand, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.



A free assigned parking space is available about 900 m from the home, and there is street parking nearby. A shared charging station for electric vehicles is available, and public transport is easily accessible. Families with children will find shared games and books available.



Your pets are welcome during your stay and will find beds, pads, and bowls provided. Events are not allowed on the property. A tennis and football field are about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and padel courts are a 10-minute walk away. The cycle path is 200 meters away. All services are within walking distance, as the house is located in the center of the village.



Please note: The apartment is in a traditional Ligurian fishermen’s building, fully renovated, but the bedroom has reduced ceiling height (max 190 cm).
