"A small hotel ensured excellent service overall although a recent refurbishment seems to have had limited scope. Whilst all inclusive wouldn’t generally be our choice, meals were of a good standard save one evening which was buffet style. With sister hotels being refurbed, the dine around option was limited to one. Overall enjoyed our stay but not sure value for money overall for what is badged as a premium hotel."
"The attendant was rude and loud. We stayed here because we missed a flight and she came knocking on the door multiple times to ask if we found a flight. She also told us that we need to get data on our phones because she is will cut off the WIFI. She also had poor personal hygiene."

"My wife and I just returned home last week after a wonderful 10 days at Club Barbados. It is an older property but we found the buildings and grounds to be well maintained. Room was always clean and comfortable. Staff was, with very few exceptions, friendly and attentive. Location is great. Shopping across the street and more within walking distance. Easy access to bus and taxi. There is no beach on the resort. You walk down stairs into the water. Sandy lane beach is an easy 10 or 15 steps through knee deep water. Never saw more than 5 or 6 people on that lovely beach. Holetown Beach is a 10 minute walk. Snorkeling at the resort is great. Food is very good. Not much variety in entertainment. Maybe due to off season. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend!"
"Had a wonderful stay with my wife at the Palms. It was very cozy, safe, well-maintained and made me feel right at home. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. We did have a minor issue with the AC leaking water. In addition, there could have been more amenities in the room i.e. shampoo. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely run it back again!"

"We stayed at The Sandpiper from Tuesday to Monday and had a truly phenomenal time. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and peaceful — the perfect place to relax. What really stood out was the service: everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Any time we needed something, they were quick to help, and even if it wasn’t readily available, they found a way to assist. Overall, a wonderful stay and an excellent experience. We hope to return!"

"I was at a conference in nearby Bellairs Institute, and colleagues were jealous of my find! A nice patio, AC, very close to the beach, to the shops and many food options. Despite the construction of a new hotel next door, the place was relaxing and very enjoyable with hummingbirds visiting during my morning coffee. Next conference, I wil stay there again. Thanks Julia for being so responsive."
