"This beachfront home more than met our expectations. John was instant to answer any questions or concerns. They went out of their way to make accommodations for our daughter and newborn as well as our other grandchildren. The proximity to a private beach, mooring buoy and dock were things we’ve been looking for for years. Great cabin for families. We’ll definitely e back!"

"This is a quaint and small (7 rooms) and independent establishment. It is conveniently located to many proprietors in town (grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants). Although it is a bit dated, it had all of the important amenities (fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, TV) in good working order. Towels and bathroom in general could have been cleaner."

"This is a fantastic property with stunning views and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our group of three couples, traveling with three vehicles, used the house as a home base for exploring the area’s off-road trails, and it worked perfectly.Although we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cookware, utensils, and other essentials. The BBQ looked great as well. The beds were comfortable, and the downstairs bedrooms stayed pleasantly cool.Our host, Debbie, was outstanding. Communication was excellent before and during our stay, and she was very accommodating and responsive to our special requests.We traveled with our dog, Casey, and greatly appreciated the fenced front yard. After long days on the trails, Casey loved rolling in the cool grass. The landscaping is beautiful, and the home’s interior is thoughtfully furnished and well suited to groups.The seating areas overlooking the river were wonderful places to relax and enjoy the scenery. We had hoped for easier river access for fishing or riverside walks, but the vegetation was fairly dense. Even so, Casey enjoyed exploring the hillside, and we got plenty of exercise using the stairs.Overall, this is a beautiful, well-maintained property with an exceptional host. We would gladly stay here again."
