"This is a very nice property. Quite unique, almost a tourist attraction. The rooms are large and comfortable. A good selection of food at the hotel and next door. Staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I’ll stay here on my next trip to Kolkata."

"We had a great stay. Kaif who did our checkin did a great job and took us to the room and gave us a walk through. Restaurant staff were very courteous and the food was excellent. Breakfast was awesome yummy. Checkout was easy as well. Special shoutout to the team who packed our breakfast as we were leaving pretty early in the morning. Overall very positive experience. Will strongly recommend this facility and looking forward to come back again. Thank you for the hospitality the entire team gave us."

"The staff were extremely helpful and polite starting with pick up from the airport. The food is excellent, particularly breakfast in the waterside cafe. The Italian restaurant La Cucina is very good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Kolkata."
