Check-in is disorganized, but all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Every morning at breakfast, one employee was extra welcoming. Interacting with Thuy Giang in the dining room was a lovely way to start our days. It was nice to have two bathrooms. Also, the hotel treats you to a meal and daily happy hour drinks, which was an unexpected bonus. We also love the restaurant next door called Hong Phat.

"We spent 3 nights here on a tour of Vietnam in July 2025. This is not a big hotel and some minor work was still going on whencwe arrived. We had a Junior Suites for 2 adults and 2 late teenage children, which were absolutely fine. Everything was modern and clean as it had just been through a refurb. ..."
