Enjoyable stay!

Had a very pleasant 3 day stay at the Regenta Resort. Very nice property and very hospitable staff. Would recommend this hotel for a short break in Dharamsala. Since the hotel has no lifts and is located on several levels, it may not be suitable for elderly guests who may have difficulty climbing stairs.

Hidden gem on top of hill

We, as a family, had wonderful experiences at this Hotel. Checkin was smooth. Food was awesome. View from the room were breathtaking, beautiful! It rained overnight very heavily and experienced a water leak in some areas, but Hotel staff was very prompt in responding to the situation. Checkout had a glitch with International credit cards, but managed with UPI payment options. One word of caution though, this place is not for the faint hearted people, its very stiff climb up the stairs to top floor, but once you reach there it’s totally worth it! Bathrooms were clean. Overall, must visit place, would go back again.

The bathroom and room had a musty, unclean smell. The room service took an hour to be delivered. The hot water heater did not work for showers. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also be prepared to hike up to your room. Pathways are steep with a lot of stairs to climb.

Bon hotel. Chambre très spacieuse mais pas niquel au niveau propreté (drap taché, trache d'humidité, ...). Belle situation et vue en particulier depuis la grande piscine et les balcons des chambres supérieure.. Un peu isolé tout de même et au final on aurait preferé. Restaurant et petit dejeuner OK. Bon service

The hotel was lovely, except nothing close by

We arrived at the hotel at about 1 am, they checked us in without any problems. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff could not do enough and were very friendly. We also arranged a taxi from the hotel for sightseeing and the driver was very pleasant and polite. The only complaint is in ordering food. You order the breakfast and you either get the eggs or toast and the other will follow after 10 mins, otherwise it was all good. I would recommend this hotel and will stay at The Exotica on our next visit to Dharamsala.

Best for relaxation amid deodar forest in Dharamsh

Good location at Hill top amid green forest and scenic beauty of the valley below, all facilities in house, food, swimming pool etc makes it perfect place for relaxed holiday for Rejuvenation. Staff very polite and helpful. Clean environment Stayed for two nights with friends and occupied three rooms. Enjoyed every day. But must have your own transportation for easy comutation though local taxis are arranged by hotel staff, .
