Likes: staff was wonderful. Everyone from front desk staff to maintenance to dining waiters were nice, knowledgeable , and helpful. The hotel was clean howevere my son smelled what he thought was mold in the floor and walls near his room (1174). Dislikes: There was no frig or microwave in the room. Nowhere in any of the many descriptions of hotel room amenities did it say I could request either for a fee. It would have been nice as the Andiamo restaurant had such large portions that I couldn't eat it all. I couldnt ask for a to go box because there was no where to put it so it went to waste. On that note, my sons meal of lambchops consisted of 4 small lambchops, 4 very small baby potatoes and a tiny portion of broccolini. He ate it all because there easnt much. Not really worth $160.00 not including tip. I forgot to comment about the free airport shuttle. We were the only people on the Hilton LAX shuttle and were dropped off in the parking garage of the HYATT. I didnt realize it until I tried to Check in. We had to get an Uber to get to the Hilton. Otherwise everyone else was great!
