"I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. "I enjoyed my stay but hotel amenities are old it needs updating with right tools. Price of alcohol ridiculously expensive such as bottle of chardany cost Tk36,000 for 750 ml bottle which equivalent to dollar $288 approximately that bloody horrible, cost of breakfast maybe ok but all taxes are ridiculously expensive. Government needs to revise these issues if they wants to explore the country as tourists destination. Pillows are not good !!"

"I checked in for a 2 night stay, the check-in woman informed me they were giving me a free I bedroom upgrade to a 1 bedroom deluxe. When I purchased the 2 night stay with hotel.com I paid extra to add 2 evening meals. Therefore 2 breakfast and 2 dinners (4 meals). I asked the check-women to swab one of the evening meals for a lunch meal. She refused and got the manager involved. He determined no. As a result, the took away the complimentary room upgrade and I wound up actually receiving one sit down breakfast. I shall avoid this Hotel chain in the future."
