When I called back to say that wasn’t working she gave me a hard time. She did offer to change my room but it was already late at night and I didn’t want to do that. Told me she had no solutions and there was no maintenance staff on grounds. "

"The beds were comfortable and I slept well every night. The desk clerk gave me a choice about whether I liked a higher floor or lower. Since I don’t like heavy walkers above my room, she put me on the top floor. I was disappointed to find the upkeep to the hotel has been starting to decline.
