"Basic beach hotel rooms opening to three levels of balconies around a parking lot. No elevator so carrying things up and down stairs is a bit of a hassle. Good location on the ocean block side of Route 1. Can be noisy. No ocean views except for one unit. Walkable to bars, basic restaurants, beach shops. Parking is tight, extra daily fee."

"The house is amazing and to have access to a concierge and personal chef just made our experience so much better. My daughter had her wedding in the area so the house was home to international guests and American guests as well. We took advantage of the bonfire and of course personal chef . It is a great place for such an event and welcoming space to gather for meals and conversations and relaxation. The home is beautifully decorated and has the nicest kitchen, appliances and amenities. I cannot recommend it enough!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beach house this weekend! The location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach, no shoes required! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with great parking, which made everything so convenient. The house had that cozy beach house vibe both inside and out, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weekend. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing beach getaway. We would happily stay here again!"
