Seabreeze 8- Located on 26 McKinley Ave. -Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Newly updated, ocean block end unit with parking for 2 cars and overlooking the Seabreeze Village pool! Enjoy a relaxing stay at the beach in this bright, airy 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath rental, located just steps from the beach and restaurants. The unit features all new flooring, fresh paint, and new bedding. Two of the four bedrooms have adjoining, en-suite bathrooms and direct access to outside decking/screen porch. The living area features a wide open floor plan with plenty of natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining area and a large deck overlooking the pool. A perfect vacation spot and lots of space for everyone!
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $206.00.
Booking Restrictions- 7 Night Stays
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Perfect beach house for a multigenerational family
We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach access as well as the townhouse amenities like the pool. Kitchen was fully furnished with more than enough cooking supplies . We enjoyed sitting out on the decks in the evenings. Overall very happy and would rent again if we’re ever back in the area. Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars; there was some cosmetic damage with flooring/trim on and around the stairs.
