Spectacular Sandy Beach & Private Dock Retreat in Charming Dewey Beach- AC/Wifi

Experience the epitome of coastal living in my charming beach home. It is nestled on Rehoboth Bay. Enjoy exclusive access to our own private sandy beach and Rehoboth Bay ensuring tranquil days under the sun. Located within a secure walled property, privacy is paramount as you unwind in this serene sanctuary. Ascend the steps to discover a tastefully appointed space featuring two bedrooms and 1 full & 1/2 bathrooms. They offer a restful night after days filled with seaside delights. Enjoy your privacy in the main king size bedroom's ensuite. A full bath with bath tub provides convenience and comfort for my guests. After a day of fun in the sun, retreat indoors to the cool comfort of air conditioning, where you can cuddle up for a movie or dine inside or out. Our spring low rates require 2 night stay. The summer high season requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. I welcome families, couples and mature adult groups. I do not allow high school/college groups. Book your beach vacation now and make unforgettable memories at Snug Harbor 9.
It is located right on Rehoboth Bay. This private small compound has a private sandy beach, pier, two Dewey Beach parking permits and designated parking spot, a locked privacy (security) gate and wall surrounding the property.
The property was renovated in the fall of 2020. Landscape and Beach reconditioned 2023. There is much to do from standup paddleboard, water skiing or sailing. You can bring your own or rent a paddleboard, kayak, or wave runner down the block. Guests love to cycle into Rehoboth or long bike rides to the Indian River inlet (6 MI). Enjoy walking to the playground (1 block north) and exploring the estuary and the end of our street. Many Restaurants, Bars, Pizza and Ice Cream are an easy walk. The ocean beach is just 1 block.
Guests provide their own linens (sheets, towels) but rentals are available through Rehoboth Beach Linen Rentals (302) 260-7021.
Additionally two parking permits will be left for you to use during your stay. Remember to leave both parking permits upon departure.

Beautiful beach oasis

Was a wonderful place to stay close to the beach and walkable to so many restaurants. Lisa was a wonderful host and really works with us on arrival and departure. Can’t say enough good things!

Great Weekend

Great weekend away in this well kept and comfortable condo. Host communication was quick and property was as listed. The small porch was perfect for our group and we enjoyed the view of the bay. The walk to the beach was easy. Would be happy to go back!

Another Great Stay

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed at Lisa’s property and it was just as great as the first time. We plan to be back next summer. The location is fantastic and the small bay side beach is super convenient with a small child. Lisa is very communicative and the listing is very accurate of the beautiful condo. The nearby park is also a huge perk!

Cozy Apartment close to the beach!

Lovely apartment with a nice view , one block from the beach. Perfect for four people. Very clean and close to shopping . The owner was very helpful. We enjoyed the proximity to everything we needed. Just remember to bring extra beach chairs and sheets and towels!

Excellent weekend getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway. The checkin process was easy and Lisa was very communicative. The unit was clean, well organized, and had a great screened in porch area. We will definitely be back!

Very comfortable

The furniture was very comfortable, we loved hanging out on the screened in patio. The decor was tasteful and refreshing, and the condo was well stocked in general with anything we needed. We just brought sheets and pillowcases for the bed, towels, hand towels and washcloths for the bathrooms.

Great location!

We really loved Staying at Lisa’s property, Snug Harbor! The ease of getting to the beach, walking to restaurants and shops and a quick drive to Rehobeth or Ocean City was so fantastic! The property especially the condo we stayed in was so clean, which is very important to my family! The space was a bit snug for the four of us (husband, wife, two teenagers) but it worked! Full kitchen and laundry in unit was super convenient! Also loved the screened in porch for mornings, drinking coffee or a quick afternoon nap!

Great location for girls trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo for a girls weekend to Dewey Beach. There were 6 women, so quarters were a little tight for a group our size but you can't beat this location for walking to restaurants and the beach. The condo was clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies for the little cooking we did, and the screened-in porch was a great bonus area to enjoy a sunset over the bay. Lisa was a good host, she was on-premise during our stay so when we had a question about operating the AC units she was able to come over and help us.

Cute condo in Dewey Beach

Great space for a long weekend at the Beach. Loved the screened porch - kitchen living area had what we needed. Great location, close enough to walk to beach or short drive to Rehoboth. Only issue was bringing my own linens…we flew in for the weekend from Midwest and didn’t look at listing close enough before booking. Luckily based on some communication with Lisa, realized I needed to bring our own sheets and towels… probably not an issue for folks driving to the beach but brining it in our luggage required a checked bag instead of carrying on.

yes we’d recommend!!

We loved being able to walk to the beach! Having the dock bayside was also nice for evening sunsets. The property was very clean and overall nice and quiet. The only thing I’d suggest is to read the listing closely - bring sheets/ towels! Plenty of pots, baking trays, etc to cook meals. We had three teens staying in bedroom - snug but doable. Our family of 5 loved our first vacation to Delaware. Dewey beach was easy to find a good spot, waves were perfect, and restaurants all within walking distance. We are talking about a return trip already!

Everything we hoped for

We felt so lucky to find this rental. Lisa was very welcoming and check in on us to make sure we did not have any questions. The pictures and description of her condo was so detailed and accurate, we had no questions. My teenage son and his friend had fun on the bay in their inflatable boats. The beach was easy to get to. Make sure you bring S’more making for the Wednesday night bonfire hosted by Dewey on the beach.

Great Dewey Bayside stay

We had a great weekend at this nice bayside property. We woke up to beautiful views from the screened in porch overlooking the dock. It was also a short 2 block walk to the ocean. This condo is in the heart of Dewey but a quick bike/bus/car ride to all things in Rehoboth. Although there are multiple stairs to enter, once you are in you are surrounded by comfort, cleanliness, and a well stocked home. Lisa, was easy to work with and provided clear instructions about the property as well as a binder of information regarding the area. We will be back.

Beautiful condo on the bay

Adorable 2 BR condo perfect for our family of four. We travelled for three nights with our 5 and 3 year old children. Kids loved the bunk room and the private beach. The beach is shared amongst all 9 condos in the building, but we never saw other families there, it is very quiet. There are individual AC units in each bedroom and the living room. For those traveling with children, the home also comes with a pack and play and bath toys. Decor and housewares are modern and clean. The Jolly Trolley stop is just at the end of the street, taking you into Rehoboth quite easily. Perfectly situated in Dewey Beach, close to restaurants and bars, but well insulated and back from the main road so traffic and nightlife don’t disturb a young family. Would surely stay again.
