About this property
Private beach house 2 blocks from the sand with incredible outdoor living space!
- This beach house is located just 2 blocks from the beach and Rehoboth bay making it easy to enjoy a day soaking up the sun and playing in the waves, or paddle boarding, kayaking or boating. It features a large open plan kitchen, family room, and dining area. Two full size couches and loveseat are perfect for family movie night after an evening at the boardwalk. The outdoor living space is the gem of this house - it features a large screened in porch facing the sunset, and a huge 1,200 sq. ft. deck with hot tub, picnic table and charcoal grill! Enjoy burgers and hot dogs on the deck, happy hour on the screened in front porch or a late afternoon dip in the hot tub.
This house is close to everything you want on vacation. You can walk 2 blocks to the beach with your chairs and umbrellas in tow. You can walk half a mile to rent kayaks or paddle boards from East of Maui, play mini-golf at Nick's, get an ice cream cone from Vanderwendes or pick up a growler from Dewey Beach Beer Co.
