Beautiful Bay View easy walk to ocean
The condo is very spacious and open. The views of the bay out the window were lovely, and we were able to walk 2 very short blocks to the beach. There is construction going on at the marina right now, so our stay was noisy but it will most likely be finished soon.

Fabulous Sunsets!
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, bright and spacious! The location was fine for us in the off peak season with access to parking and within easy walking distance to some restaurants and the ocean.

Amazing getaway 5 Star
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, immaculate space with a splendid view. Spencer was courteous and immediately available with any questions. Lots of great restaurants and shops and of course the beach all in walking distance. We look forward to visiting again.

A wonderful place to stay!
Seamless check-in and the host was very quick to respond when we had a question. The space was immaculate when we arrived and had most of the basics we needed. Also, it’s in a great location with a fantastic view from the balcony. We’d love to stay here again in the future!

Great Getaway Spot
The apartment was spacious and very clean. Easy to walk to the beach, shops & restaurant. You can hear music at night from the Rusty Rudder next door from the porch and living room, but not in the bedrooms. The sunsets over the bay were beautiful. We will consider staying here again next time we need a beach vacation.

Beautiful, spacious and convenient. Just needed a full mirror for selfies, some dish soap and easier access to the outdoor bathrooms to rinse off from the beach. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Location in Dewey Beach!
This property is perfect for a family or two couples. The main living space is large and the kitchen is spacious. The deck has a great view of the Marina and you can hear the live music next door from the deck in the evening. The condo was easy to get into and access. The beach is just two blocks away from public access. There are tons of restaurants in walking distance.

Clean listing with lovely bay view
We had a great stay in this condo. The view was beautiful… even on the days it rained! They were doing some construction on the office below us during the days, but we were at lacrosse tournaments at DE Turf fields most of that time so we weren’t bothered in the least. Condo is beautiful inside. The parking area is under construction because the whole marina is being developed, but again… no bother for us. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot, smooth transaction from start to finish
Stayed for a quick beach weekend. Property was clean and exactly as mentioned in the listing. Convenient and free parking for 2 cars and we were able to pay for parking in the same marina for my son’s (the 3rd) vehicle. Spencer was great with communication. My son left his cell phone in the property and realized after check out. Spencer contacted me and held the phone for easy pick up. Would stay at this property again.

Spacious and new! We arrived after dark so it was a little hard to find the unit based on street address. I would suggest giving a landmark such as directly above marina office. Construction is going on and that was spelled out in the ad so we expected it. Great location !!!

Delightful Getaway!
This apartment was very clean and had everything we needed! Spencer was responsive and helpful, and made sure to communicate everything, including details such as construction going on in the building during our stay. The location was perfect and we’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful book club away
We had a small group that traveled to Dewey Beach, and this condo was perfect for us. There was more than enough space for all five women, and the views from the balcony were beautiful. We cannot wait to stay again!

Wonderful location with a view!
Absolutely would come back to this property. I stayed with 3 other people and we all fit more than comfortably. The kitchen, living room, and bathrooms were all spacious, clean, and fully stocked. TV and internet were super easy to access. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The location is fantastic as far as walking to anywhere in town and being close to some really great spots (Rusty Rutter, DB Country Club, Etc.). Spencer was also a fantastic host: very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating.

The perfect birthday getaway!
We had the ideal getaway to celebrate a birthday, in a beautiful, spacious, quiet apartment with a wonderful sunset view over the Rehoboth Bay. Just the two of us, but plenty of room (two bedrooms and bathrooms) for a family of 5 or 6. The layout is comfortable and open, with a large kitchen featuring top-level matching appliances, a huge laundry room, and a nice deck overlooking Pier Point Marina. The beach is a short one-block walk away, and plenty of restaurants are all around. We enjoyed the added bonus of exceptional weather for the entire time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place
The condo was beautiful! Updated and very clean. View of the bay is awesome! It rained everyday so had some flooding in parking area but didn’t reach designated parking places for cars. Off season stay so fairly quiet. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and some shops and 5 min drive to Rehobeth and Bethany. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful and Clean Dewey Beach Condo
We really enjoyed the location of the condo! Everything was very clean and new! We were in walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and shops and bars! I really enjoyed watching all the boats come and go! The sunsets were amazing! I met the owner and he was very friendly and said to let him know if we needed anything! When I sent him a text he always answered right away! We will definitely be staying here again! 😎❤️

Dewey Beach Summer 2022
Very nice unit in perfect location. Right on the bay with nice views. And quick walk to the beach and bars/restaurants in Dewey. Everything updated, newly painted, etc. We had one or two minor issues during the week, but Spencer was very responsive and resolved everything quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay
Property was super clean and so spacious. Family of 4 with teen kids. The kitchen/ living/dining space was plenty big for the 4 of us. Kitchen had applicances and pots and pans to use. Great sunset from the deck. The only negative I would say is that it seems that the tenennts above in another apartment are smokers and there was a bit of a smokey smell in the master bedroom/bath. The host was quick to offer to come have it srpayed with air freshner but we opted to leave the bathroom window open and that did help. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. You can hear the bands next door (I actually enjoyed it)from the living area but when you go to sleep, you can't hear from the bedrooms. Had a great stay

Unique location, right on the marina which gave us some privacy (hard to find in Dewey) but it’s also just minutes from everything (restaurants, beach etc). Spacious and clean apartment with a really nice deck overlooking bay. Owner was helpful and available. Great stay .....

Best kept secret!!
This condo is the best location. I can’t say enough how clean and up to date this condo is. The best part is you can sit on the deck and watch the boats and at night the rudder is right next to you so I would sit outside and listen to the bands! I am booking again for vacation or just to get away!

This was a perfect spot for our quick getaway to the Delaware beaches. Lots of space for our teenagers to spread out. Quick and easy access to walk to Dewey beach and close to all the other attractions. Everything was clean and comfy. Very quick response when I had a question for the owner. We loved our stay!

Excellent rental, location, and property manager! Rental was even more spacious than the pictures suggest, on the marina with a great view. Easy access to major spots along the beach and the beach itself. Included parking was helpful. Spencer (the property manager) was easily reachable and responsive. Would rent again.

Memorial Day Weekend 2022
Spencer is an awesome host! He was super responsive. His place is awesome! GREAT LOCATION!!! could not have asked for a better space to stay in with friend during Memorial day. Is LITERALLY next door to the Rusty Rudder. Is in walking distance to other bars in dewey too. GREAT PLACE TO STAY and will stay there again!!!
