  • This wonderful 1st floor beautifully updated condo, freshly painted throughout. Features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, living/dining area (Brand new queen sleeper sofa). We supply pillows, quilts/bedspreads, mattress pads. All of which are changed out regularly. Some paper pruducts are provided. Bathroom has stall shower & stackable washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen w/ service for 6 & many extras. Enclosed porch overlooks courtyard. Exterior has gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, tables and chairs. 1 parking spot out front & 1 parking permit will be provided. Just a few houses away from the beautiful beach, walking distance to many restaurants , pubs & the Jolly Trolley stop. Great place to get away! Read our reviews!! We take so much pride in this unit. It is clean from top to bottom. Open year round!! Available weekly or long week-end rentals. 3 night minimum. Smoke Free Complex & Pet Free Unit! Owners are licensed realtors in the state of Delaware. SORRY, NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS! PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARENTS BOOK FOR YOU! RENTERS MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE!
