"The cabin is not large - basically one room - and perfect for one or two people (or in my case one person and a dog). It’s attractive, cozy, and comfortable, with easy and private access to the Frio River. The cabin is well supplied with things like towels, blankets, coffee, and they even had large ice molds which I love for making a cocktail at the end of the day. The AC works well, there’s a smart TV, and water pressure in the shower is great. I met Christy when I arrived and she couldn’t have been more welcoming. I brought my dog with me for a long weekend to celebrate her recovery from cancer surgery and chemo, and the cabin was the perfect place for us to stay and relax."

"Our family had a great stay at this Leakey VRBO. House has a great setup to allow for family time and quiet time when needed. We enjoyed the secluded access to the water. Outside fire pit area and grill were great also. Host easy to communicate with from reservation and throughout stay. We did not have any issues but they checked on us. Would stay again for sure!"

"We had a great, 3 day stay at the Genesis Ranch. There were only two of us so we didn’t need the bunk house, but the main house is great. Clean and well appointed. Further, unlike too many hill-country ranches we have rented, it was uncluttered and new. Roby has done a great job providing a place that feels refreshing to be in. The ranch itself is beautiful too. Some great hiking trials and beautiful, exotic animals to be seen. And the spring is beautiful. It’s well worth the hike up the creek-bed to it. The hike is great and the area at the spring is magical."
