The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. Da kann das Personal vor ort nichts dafür, leider wurde uns nicht gesagt wo das Zimmer sich in etwa befindet und wir mussten suchen auch noch i.O. Das ausgeschriebene W-lan war im Dachgeschoss nicht vorhanden nicht mal 1 Balken. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig man hört jede Bewegung im Flur und den Nachbarzimmern. Ansonsten eine Unterkunft die zum schlafen vollkommen ausreichend ist. "
