The home is lovely, well-stocked with the necessaries and very clean. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. There is a tenant above the home, but we only heard them once. They are very quiet residents, However, we did have an issue with our stay. Upon arrival the house was quite cool. We adjusted the heat, but it never changed. I messaged the host about the issue. He was very responsive. After several txts, he said he would find someone to look at it in the morning, which he did. The thermostat was bad and the technician replaced it. All was done by 3pm that day. I want to give a 5 star review, but I can’t because I was so cold that first night. The house temp got to 63 and it was 35 outside. I think perhaps I would have called a 24hr company for service if I were the host, but I realize that would have been costly for him. That being said, I did pay quite a bit for a 3 night stay. However, I would stay at this property again in the future. It’s very nice and clean.
