What a charming home and such a great location. Host could not have been more responsive and a pleasure to deal with. My stay occurred over a few snow, storms and extreme frigid temperatures and I must say the house stayed toasty warm and quite cozy. I would like to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Enjoyed our stay at this home. Host was super communicative with contacts prior, during and after stay. House was clean, comfortable had coffee station with all needed to enjoy a coffee. The downtown is easily walkable with many stores, restaurants and eateries. Off street parking and ample street parking. Would highly recommend.
This property was very nice and in a great location. The host was great at responding and giving detailed instructions for check in process. House was clean and bed was comfy. We walked to downtown Royal oak and it was not far at all. I would definitely recommend staying here if looking for a place in Royal Oak!
This cute little bungalow has everything you need, from a comfy couch to a high-pressure shower and a good set of washers/dryers. The owners were incredibly communicative and added thoughtful features like milk in the refrigerator and more coffee pods than anyone could hope to consume. I would highly recommend if you want something simple in a safe neighborhood.
This is a quaint place place that is just right for two people, it is clean, well organized and in a quite location close to shopping and restaurants of Royal Oaks main st. You can't go wrong staying here. I would do it again. Thanks to the host joe.
The house was small but had everything we needed. Clean, well stocked and convenient to lots of things to do. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. Joe was great as he checked in during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything.

I really enjoyed my stay at the house - nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Good communication from Joe, the owner, to make sure everything was going well. Much better than a hotel!
My husband and adult son stayed here while visiting family in Royal Oak for Thanksgiving. It was impeccably clean, warm, and very inviting when we arrived. I have rented from VRBO many times, and this one is a keeper.
I stayed 4 nights at this cute and convenient vrbo with my dog and my 2 year old daughter. The place was great for my dog since it has a fenced in yard and dog door. The location was great, you could easily walk to the local breweries and restaurants or take a short drive to Detroit or Dearborn. Definitely will rent again next time I find myself in the area!
Everything went perfectly. The check in process was easy. The owners emailed the rules and details ahead of time and also left a binder in the rental detailing pretty much everything you would need to know from instructions on what to do with garbage and recycling, to the locations of extra towels and linens. The place was clean and even stocked with things like laundry soap and shampoo. During my stay, I had a question and messaged the owners and they responded within the hour. All in all a good experience
The place was really nice and very clean!!!! Only issue I had was the morning checking out; the kitchen sink clogged, however, the host did inform me shortly after checking in so overall, the visit was nice. That’s the ONLY reason I gave 4 stars.
