Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
They cancelled my stay abruptly 2 days prior to my arrival. I emailed them and never heard anything back. Called them and was placed on hold for an hour. I’m sure they double booked but it was really unfortunate to have to deal with the consequences of their mistake.
