Lovely 3 BR Home w/ Backyard - Sleeps 6

  • This beautifully updated Royal Oak ranch features three comfortable bedrooms and 1,200 square feet of living space. The kitchen was renovated in 2022 and features granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, two styles of coffee maker, and everything you need to cook like you're at home. The living room includes a comfortable sectional sofa for lounging and a large smart TV to unwind with your favorite shows. The backyard is fully fenced and equipped with a propane grill, deck with pergola and string lights, and comfy outdoor furniture. Finally, we're just a 5-minute drive from Corewell Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, 10 minutes from the downtowns of Birmingham/Royal Oak/Ferndale, and only a 25-minute drive to all that Downtown Detroit has to offer.

    Enjoy high-speed WiFi, smart TV in living room, a Keurig and regular coffee maker, a kids bedroom with bunk beds, fresh linens, in-home washer/dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor deck with a propane grill. Please send us a message with any questions you may have!
