Called the front desk regarding room equipment not working and they did nothing to help. After hours, complained about noise from other rooms. Nothing was done to correct the issue.

Booked a room specifically for the jacuzzi, come to find out the jacuzzi is broken, staff knew about the issue before renting the room out. Offered a discount that was never recieved. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!

excellent but.....
The establishment looks brand new even though it's 15 years old. Walls are thin though. Could here phone conversation and coughing next door. Also all the doors slam shut so woken up by guests doors slamming shut.

I was totally pleased with the entire experience! I would like to thank the entire staff for being soo freindly, happy and kind. starting with my check in Jada was great as she assisted me in a fast and warm fashion. Every day was fun as I received a sincere smile and family like connection with the staff. David, James, and William were also very helpful.

Everything was fine. Price too high, but that is normal for this part of MI. I stayed in another comparable motel in MI the night before for half the price. Breakfast tremendous. Staff very helpful, especially night staff, 9PM on, Sunday, Oct. 1st, very helpful. Would surely recommend.

Checkin was not ready for us at 5:30pm when returned at 10:30 after my son’s baseball game I was denied check in because I complained that the rooms were not ready at 5:30 and expected some sort of compensation for the delay. Could have been something as simple as a late check out time and I would have been happy instead I was denied check in and told good luck finding some where at 10:30 at night! Absolutely terrible customer service!

The stay
The stay was good. But got no sleep day or night kids running up and down the halls. People outside the pool area at 2am noisy. And this is the third time staying and never being able to enjoy the pool. Maybe you should have time limits for kids and adults. Your hskg are so very nice and helpful.
