Highlights of the kitchen include quartz countertops, a farm sink, open shelving, and an adjacent, sun-filled dining room. A beautifully updated bathroom w/ a refinished, claw-foot soaking tub & pedestal sink complete the first floor. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom along w/ a loft space utilized as an office room. The finished basement includes an entertainment room with a bar, a roomy full bath w/ custom shower & a laundry. This home sits on a nice-sized lot & has a fully fenced-in backyard with a patio, providing an excellent space for outdoor entertaining. Convenient to downtown Clawson & Royal Oak.

Each floor of the house has a carbon monoxide alarm. One is located at the bungalow by the stairs, one is located in the dining room on the main floor, and one is located above the shoe rack in the basement.
