It was easy checking in and checking out. Neighborhood is safe! There are plenty of things you can take a quick walk to. It was really close to everything. Definitely hope to stay again in November.

Nice Apartment

While it wasn't one of the most well appointed rentals I've ever stayed in, it had everything we needed, was super clean and a great location, walking distance to DIA, Wayne State, CCS, restaurants, etc. Thanks - we had a great stay!

Birthday get away

The apartment was comfortable and well situated for easy access to downtown via car, ride share, or public transportation. The apartment is sparsely equipped with kitchen utensils and linens.

Clean and quiet apartment

3 of us stayed here to attend a WSU commencement. It was very clean, easy to access via entry codes, and across the street from a nice park. Parking was available on the street. The apartment is within walking distance to campus, the DIA, and a great restaurant. It was an easy drive to the downtown area as well.

We had an event at the DIA, and this was the perfect location. Nice neighborhood, free and easy parking on the street. Great communication with the host. Overall was clean, just a few little leftover things on the floor that weren’t swept up, some tape on the walls leftover from someone who had stayed previously. We really didn’t use the kitchen, just one fork but noticed some of the silverware in the drawer wasn’t clean. Queen bed was very comfortable. The metal bunk bed was comfortable but squeaky when you’d turn over. You could hear the people upstairs walking around, I wore earplugs and was fine. Overall was a good place to stay with a very easy walk to the DIA. Would stay again.
