The hotel was very dirty. The halls smelled like smoke and urine. The side door to get in was broken. The elevator was broken. We ended up leaving and getting our money back.

Hollywood Casino at Greektown
Clean room. Facility is clean. Structured. Room very comfortable. Valet attendants go above. Courteous, helpful as I am handicapped needed care to load/unload. Once we learned the access to the hotel not being where the casino is was much easier. A lot of construction in the area.

Didn't get a chance to use it closed at 9pm Didn't open until 10am so it was close to check out

Hotel Houze Detroit Downtown
My room was great, the heater broke but the maintenance guy brought me a portable one right away. The only downside was there were towels left in the dryer when i checked in. Location is great. Staff are very helpful.
