"The linens were very bad not felt like sleeping in luxury hotel. No security at gate. No warm welcome. No one was present at reception when we enter the reception counter. Crowd was not decent

"Your property is located at a hill top so you should definitely make driver quarters. Your location of hotel is such that finding a place for guest's driver is difficult. The resort being such a great start resort should definitely have driver quarters."
