"Room was clean and comfy. Just a shower, no tub. which not a big deal but the entire bathroom was 2x2 tile. Very cheap looking with drain in middle. Bathroom floor remained wet for a very long time after shower. Had to get towels from the pool area to lay on the floor just so we could walk in there. "

"Everything was fantastic, my only suggestion for improvement would be water & vending. The vending machines lacked snacks, only a few options to choose from. The soda vending machines only had cans for $1.50 each, and no water bottles. The water fountain was blocked by the vending machines, so my only water source was the sink or convenience store. Otherwise, everything was great, I got to have the dog with me for a very small pet fee, staff was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable!"

"We stay here every 2-3 months. Luke always makes our check in great! We have an elderly dog and he has always made sure to get us as close to the “dog door” as possible. Thank you for making things so smooth for us!"
