Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean.
Breakfast basic.
No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German.
Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses.
For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."

Es ist sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und vor allem haben wir uns über die Kinderbetten und das Spielzimmer gefreut sowie die Tischtennisplatte. Für jedes Alter ist etwas geboten! Alles top. Wir haben die Gelegenheit genutzt und die dort heimische Gastronomie genutzt, z.B. das Vulkan-Cafe und die Vulkan-Bäckerei (alles 😋)"
