"Estaba CERRADO. Nos dejaron sin alojamiento el día del cumple de mi esposo hicimos 300km y nos dejan en la calle nos cansamos de llamarlos y no nos atendió nadie en Hollreles.cóm y cómo corolario cuando emprendemos el regreso me envían un mail consultando cómo estuvo el check in. Allí contesto y cómo no recibí contestación llamo el 3/11 ya que el 2 era feriado y ustedes me dicen que no son responsables. I highly recommend this gorgeous little booutique hotel. We spent two nights here over a weekend and loved every minute of it, the room and overall ambience was perfect as was breakfast in the pretty little garden view room.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and also spoke English well which made things easier for us. 10/10 😊

Very friendly staff, beautiful bar and fantastic breakfast buffet. We stayed in the standard room and it was very comfortable, large and clean.
Only small gripe is that you have to chromecast to the TV which can be a hassle and it would be nice to watch local stations sometimes!

It was only a quick visit to Montevideo but the hotel was in a good location for my business meetings. Friendly staff in the restaurant. I would have liked to use the gym but the glass walls meant that anyone in the lobby or restaurant area could have seen me working out.

Fabulous hotel and all the staff are so helpful and welcoming. We were checked in very quickly and efficiently. The room was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed dinner the restaurant . Overall highly recommend!
