"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"Es war perfekt. Sehr schöne Weihnachten dort verbracht. Alles super sauber , die Wohnung ist viel größer als man auf den Fotos denkt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man Brauch und noch viel mehr. Wir hätten garkein Raclette oder Fondues mitbringen müssen, es war sogar alles dort.Die Saunen und der hot Tube waren perfekt zum entspannen. Zum spazieren gehen mit dem Hund war es auch ideal. Direkt am Wald und Feldern.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Gastgeber waren sehr sehr nett "

"I didn't have a pet with me but I saw other customers that did. They do welcome pets. The breakfast was good! 2 types of bread, ham, Swiss cheese, orange juice, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, assorted condiments, and excellent espresso, coffee, or cappuccino. The only constructive criticism I offer is I wish there was an in room Keurig or kettle for evening herbal tea. Also a vending machine in the lobby would be nice for late night snacks. We stayed in a tiny house and it was quiet and private. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Trier area. "

"The rooms are very very very dated and the photos on website does not reflect the actual state due to clever photography. I booked 3 rooms for buinsness and one of the rooms was not cleaned. It was changed for another room but that room did not have hot water. Reception was locked when we got back and you only could get the tea and coffee for the room from reception. The kettle in one of the rooms did not work very well and I had to fiddle with it to make it work. After a long day of travelling this was not what me and my colleagues expected. I hope this feedback helps the property improve its quality. "

"Wij hebben 2 weken in dit mooie appartement mogen vertoeven. Het uitzicht is geweldig, midden tussen de wijngaarden. Alles is erg schoon en nieuw. Alleen heb ik een wasmachine gemist. Je kijkt uit naar een mini camping wat langs de Moezel ligt. Het is een klein dorpje, maar de supermarkt ligt op een kleine afstand. Maar de pizzeria is een aanrader. Wij komen graag weer eens terug naar deze plek. Goed bevallen dus!!"
