"What a hidden gem on Tortola! This is a small (7-room) hotel located on a bluff overlooking the ocean. While it is not a 5-star resort, the accommodations were clean, somewhat updated and comfortable. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that I affectionately have named "The Penthouse," as it sits at the top of the property. The expansive balcony overlooks the ocean, and numerous other islands in the British Virgin Islands as well as the US Virgin Islands. The view is simply breathtaking! There is a small pool, and a freshly cooked breakfast (ordered the night before) is delivered to the room at our requested time. It's a major plus that one of the island's top-rated restaurants, Bananakeet, is on property. Cane Garden Bay is a short 5-7 minute cab ride away, as are a number of great restaurants below the resort. The staff were so kind and welcoming and a pleasure to speak with. We will definitely be visiting The Heritage Inn again!"

"Gayle was a great host and was very helpful with our many questions before arrival. She was also on the property during our stay and was very friendly and helpful with anything we asked.Ivet, who was our main contact at the home, was terrific. On arrival, one of the members of our party had an injury on the ferry that needed some minor emergency room care and Ivet arranged to have a taxi pick us up at the hospital and bring us to the house, which was so appreciated as we were not released until after nine PM and we would have had difficulty obtaining a taxi and finding our way.Ivet also cooked dinner that night for our group, which was delicious, and stayed at the house until our group from the hospital returned.Ivet also checked in many times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and provided clean towels and tidied up the house.She also does great massages!The property was lovely, inside and out. We were able to swim in the ocean right from the property and the outside decks provided plenty of space in which to relax.The house was equipped with plenty of dish ware, glasses and kitchen supplies.We thoroughly enjoyed our trip."
