"They said they couldn't find my reservation and told me I needed to cancel and then asked me to pay in cash. Can't speak English. Communication is through Google and guessing. Charged me more then the site for a nasty room. Even stated they didn't like using this site. Oh and I was actually on their computer looking for my own reservation. St the end of it all the guy clapped his hands at me and said we are done. He's lucky it ended nicely. If this is what hotel.com offers I'll do as I'm doing...

"Super clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of towels and amenities Indoor pool and hot tub jacuzzi were really nice also! Fresh coffee all day long in lobby and doggy bone treats by check in desk for four legged family members too!"

"The rooms have not been updated, clearly a hotel that has been used for “hourly” stays. Would not recommend for traveling especially with a family."

"We made a last minute booking to get away for a couple nights. So glad we chose this place! Everything was perfect. Hot tub was awesome and so were the sunsets. Stocked kitchen with most tools you’d need to prepare meals. Coffee pod maker with all the pods. We had our small dog with us and the totally fenced in yard was so helpful. 10/10 would stay again."

"We had a genuinely wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The property was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and felt like a real home rather than a rental — thoughtful touches throughout made a big difference. The space itself was comfortable and the location worked out perfectly for us.The only thing worth mentioning: the main living area has large glass doors facing the road and neighboring houses, and there are no curtains or blinds to cover them. It wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means, but...
